Not sure how to go from first date to establishing a relationship with her? It’s a 5-step process you must follow. Don’t skip ANY of these steps…
Step 1: Impress her online
Before the first date, it’s important to really make her interested in you online. Have her showing up for the date already thinking you’re a great guy. Create an awesome profile, send her a high-quality introduction email, and charm her with an interesting text/IM conversation.
Step 2: Prepare yourself before the date
Don’t show up for the date dressed like a bum. Wear your best outfit, get your hair done and make sure it’s combed perfectly. Don’t forget the cologne, deodorant, and to shave or perfectly trim your beard/goatee. Also, psyche yourself up mentally before the date. This will help put you in a good mood and relax you so you don’t piss your pants.
Step 3: Make the first impression count
Technically, the first impression she will have about you is based on your appearance (how you dress, walk, etc.). You can control those things. You can also control what she thinks of you immediately. This is very important because a woman will write a guy off INSTANTLY if he doesn’t make a good first impression. Smile as you approach her, walk like you have confidence, and give her a big hug as you introduce yourself.
Step 4: Be a complete gentleman – not a “nice guy”
Every guy that’s inexperienced with women tries to play off that they’re a “nice guy”. Nice guys are NOT in high demand. Neither are idiots. So I’m not suggesting you be a jerk. Just don’t be TOO nice. Instead, be a gentleman that has some backbone. Prove to her that you have confidence and aren’t a pushover, but act romantic around her. Hold doors for her, smile when she talks, pay attention to her, act interested in the things she says, and put your arm around her.
Step 5: Don’t constantly text her after a date
Guys that send a text message 30 seconds after a date are needy. They want to make sure she’s on the same page as them. Send her one text the next day to let her know you had a great time and can’t wait to do it again – nothing more. It’s okay to wait a few days to speak with her again. This shows her you have other things going on in your life and you’re not so needy for her attention. Simply let her know you want to go on another date and then wait a few days to talk to her.
